From there, you'll be asked to create a new password. The link in the email expires after 2 hours, so be sure to use it as soon as possible.

Check your spam folder to make sure the message isn't being directed away from your email inbox.
If you cannot find the password reset email after checking your spam folder, try adding @bncollege to your contact list. Afterwards, we recommend sending another password reset email request.
After you have reset your password, please return to your LMS to continue the account pairing process.
*Updated 08/03/20* The Bookstore is closed through the end of the year, but we will be here processing and shipping online orders daily. WE will also be returning emails and phone messages daily. RENTALS can be shipped free by UPS, using the prepaid UPS label provided to you. Please check your email for details or click on textbook rentals to print your UPS label. If you have a Bookstore account for fall quarter, after creating an online account and ordering your materials, please use the 'Bookstore Account' button on the PAYMENT screen at checkout. You will enter your name and student ID# to process. Accounts will be available to charge 1 week prior to course start date, and shipped daily. All other orders are being fulfilled and shipped daily, starting Sept. 7th.
