If you cannot find the password reset email after checking your spam folder, try adding @bncollege to your contact list. Afterwards, we recommend sending another password reset email request.
After you have reset your password, please return to your LMS to continue the account pairing process.
*Updated 09/09/20* PLEASE READ ALL...The Bookstore is closed through the end of the year, but we will be here processing online orders, answering emails and phone messages daily. Email correspondence is preferred. RENTALS were due Sept. 1st, so if you didn't return your rentals, most likely you have been charged the replacement fees. Please check your email for rental correspondences. All orders can now be placed for Fall quarter. If you have a Bookstore account for fall quarter, after creating an online account and ordering your materials, please use the 'Bookstore Account' button on the PAYMENT screen at checkout and follow instructions to submit your order. Accounts will be available to charge starting Sept. 21st, and shipped daily during that week. All other orders are being fulfilled, and shipped daily, at this time. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is processed and shipped.
